Where are ACS's offices?
ACS operates from four APAC offices, with teams in Australia, Singapore, India, and the Philippines. Many roles offer flexible or hybrid arrangements, and some are open to remote candidates within the region. The office and working pattern for each position is listed with the role.
Do I need prior FinTech experience to join ACS?
Most of our roles are specialist positions in banking technology, treasury, lending, and test automation, so relevant domain experience is valued. That said, ACS invests in continuous learning, certifications, and structured mentoring, and we consider strong engineers and analysts who are ready to move into financial services.
